Goodwood Homes was founded in 2015 with a mission to elevate the industry standard for structural framing in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Over the past seven years, we've built a reputation for providing some of the finest structural framing services in the region, earning the trust and satisfaction of countless clients.

Goodwood delivered beyond our expectations. As a team compromised of exceptionally talented and personable people, they delivered superior quality in an extremely complicated house.

Admittedly, I had their work reviewed by construction industry experts and each of them was very impressed with their work, with my favorite comment being ... "these guys... these guys you found, reeaaalllyyyy, know what they're doing"; the word "really" was stretched over about 10 seconds!

To mention only a few things that manifested into the exceptional craftsmanship and exceptional client experience; the walls were perfectly plumb with the entire structure reasonably perfect, all work was completed such that all following trades had a painless experience and Mauro was always willing to speak with other trades to ensure that everyone was positioned for success, exceptionally diligent in the use of lumber, with very little waste, every trade he recommended had been excellent and most importantly he was overall very accommodating as I can be very particular when it comes to precision.

We hired Goodwood to frame our new home. Mauro & his team did a phenomenal job. They completed the carpentry for the footings, back framing, structural framing, windows, and roof.

Goodwood was on time and always made excellent suggestions to make the house better. Mauro regularly spoke to me and the architect regarding design issues.
He would identify the potential issue and propose a great solution to rectify the situation. Even after the framing was complete, I would call Mauro for his advice on other aspects of the build. I could not be happier with the quality of their work.
